Any Questions?

Feel free to contact me if you have any queries at all – I have given some likely examples below:

Q – How can I be sure Total Claim Solutions will manage my claim to my complete satisfaction?
  •  As TCS will only invoice your insurer once you are completely satisfied with the repairs, it is in our interests to ensure you are happy with the service provided.  In my 25 years insurance company experience, one of the main types of customer complaints received related to customers not being kept fully informed of what is happening with their claim and promises not being fulfilled.  By using the latest technology, TCS will ensure customers have full access to how the claim is progressing and ensure the repair quality is acceptable.  My own philosophy has always been that if I wouldn’t accept the repair why would I expect a customer to?
Q – What happens if my insurer does not accept the TCS estimate?
  • I accept and fully anticipate some estimates will not be authorised by the insurer for a variety of genuine reasons eg – the insurer may have a preferred contractor network or simply that the TCS estimate is higher than one already received.  In these cases, TCS will simply close our file without any charge being made.
Q – What happens if I am not satisfied with the service provided by TCS?
  • I am fully committed to giving total customer satisfaction, but accept that occasionally things do go wrong and need to be resolved quickly. TCS relies on its reputation to deliver excellent customer service in order to generate new customers and I promise that any complaints received with be given my immediate and personal attention.
Q – Why should I use TCS?
  • Because I am passionate about getting the little things right and making sure customers inconvenience is kept to an absolute minimum.  Nothing gives me greater satisfaction than seeing a customer’s house being returned to a home as quickly as possible and the customer being delighted with the Total Claim Solutions experience.
Why not give us a call………what have you got to lose?

As an introductory offer, TCS will even pay your Buildings Policy Excess (up to a maximum £50) whenever an estimate over £2000 is accepted by your insurer.  This offer will be reviewed and may be withdrawn for all new instructions received after 30th June 2011.

So if you suffer buildings damage which will cost more than £2000 to repair and your insurer accepts the TCS estimate, you will not only get TCS services for free, but not have to pay a policy excess to your insurer if it is £50 or less.

I am giving this offer for a very limited time as I am a newly formed company and as with all new companies, customer’s testimonials play a vital part in developing the business and attracting new business. Once I have sufficient customer feedback I will no longer be running this incredible offer so be one of the lucky ones to benefit.
