Total Claim Solutions offers a totally free service to customers who have suffered building damage to their home which is covered by their Insurance Policy.  This service involves a joint visit with one of our partner building contractors to the damaged property in order to prepare a repair estimate using the latest independent pricing software provided by Xactware.  This estimate is then provided to the customer to forward onto their Insurer for consideration.

Where the insurer authorises the estimate submitted by TCS, we will oversee the project to ensure the customer is totally satisfied with the final repair before arranging for the insurer to pay TCS direct, who will then pay our partner contractor to conclude.  

TCS will not charge either the customer or the Insurer for our services. TCS will only be paid when an estimate has been accepted by the insurer and the repairs are undertaken by one of our partner approved contractors.  Our costs are deducted from the payment that we make to the contractor and as our management charge % is extremely competitive due to lower overheads, we are able to ensure costs are controlled whilst ensuring excellent repair quality and a personal service.
